Health Insurance

Full time Employees have an option of two health plans, Plan A & Plan B. Maria Parham pays a large portion of the premium for you. Coverage will be effective the first of the month following thirty days of full time employment. Premiums payments are paid on a pre-tax basis.

Dental Insurance

Full time employees have the option of two plans, Plan A & Plan B.  Coverage will be effective the first of the month following thirty days of employment. Premium payments are paid on a pre-tax basis.

Life Insurance

Full time employees receive one times their annual salary with no cost to the employee.

Voluntary Life Insurance

Employees may purchase additional insurance for themselves, spouses, and dependent children.

Vision

An affordable and convenient vision care program designed to provide annual vision exams, eyeglasses and contact lenses, along with discounts on certain laser vision correction procedures, including LASIK.  Coverage will be effective the first of the month following thirty days of full time employment.
