Length of Service Awards

A special event is held annually to recognize employees for their loyal and dedicated years of service to the medical center.  Awards are presented for every five year milestone.

Employee of the Month

Honoring twelve employees are chosen throughout the year who exemplify the Mission and Values of Maria Parham Health. Employees are nominated and selected by their peers monthly to be recognized as the “Best of the Best”.

Awards and Recognition Activities

The Awards and Recognition Committee (ARC) work throughout the year to provide engaging activities for the employees of Maria Parham. Past events have included a chili competition, hot sauce competition and pumpkin decorating contest.
