Maria Parham Health Offers Free Sports Physicals for Vance County Student Athletes

Maria Parham Health is proud to support local student athletes by offering free sports physicals to all Vance County middle and high school students on Thursday, April 24th, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The physicals will be conducted at Maria Parham Orthopaedics, located at 120 Charles Rollins Road, Suite 102, in Henderson.
To participate, students must bring signed Pre-Participation Physical Evaluation forms, available online at nchsaa.org/health-and-safety-physicials. All students should complete pages 1 and 2 of the form prior to arrival. Middle school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
This is a great opportunity for student athletes to complete their physicals ahead of summer training and the upcoming school sports seasons—free of charge and close to home.
