Maria Parham Primary Care is pleased to welcome Danielle R. Kwakye-Berko, MD to our team of medical professionals. Dr Berko is a board-certified primary care physician with over 25 years of experience in Internal Medicine, family medicine, geriatrics and several other specialties.

Dr Berko received her Doctorate in Medicine from Suny Syracuse Health Science Center and completed her post-graduate training at Yale/Norwalk Hospital, Montefiore Medical Center, and Duke University Medical Center/VAMC. She is dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care to all of her patients.
